Zachary Cutler is a Product Manager at Boston University’s Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation, where he leads the development of web-based dissemination initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health outcomes. With a background in behavioral and cognitive science, Zachary bridges technical and subject matter expertise to create engaging products that drive meaningful user interactions. Zachary’s initiatives have significantly amplified lead generation, helping to expand the reach and accessibility of both free and paid digital resources. Passionate about using data-driven insights to solve complex challenges, Zachary is dedicated to improving accessibility and impact in the field of psychiatric rehabilitation.
Amanda Lowe is currently a Product Specialist on our Training, Dissemination and Technical Assistance (TDTA) team. She works primarily with Graphic Design, Social Media, and Video Production, as well as proving aid for any other digital projects that may need assistance.
Gary M. Horwitz, Juris Doctorate, is a Training Associate at the Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation in the College of Rehabilitative Sciences: Sargent College at Boston University. Gary has worked in the Adult Recovery Program since January of 2020. Gary values the supportive, nurturing environment that is fostered in and out of the classroom. Gary has developed curriculum for and taught a myriad of courses, including Healthy Relationships, Conflict Resolution, Happiness, Reiki, Storytelling, Lucid Dreaming and Dream Interpretation, Music Appreciation, and Comedy. As a lead instructor in various classes, Gary mentors both undergraduate and graduate students interning within the Services division at the Center.
Gary has helped shape the Flourishing Families Caregiver Coaching program, A highly individualized service for the parents, guardians, and caregivers of young adults who live with a mental health and/or substance use condition. He is a contributing author to the caregiver coaching manual and works closely with families as a Caregiver Coach. Gary is also an instructor in the Flourishing Families program and Leeds workshops and trainings for families and providers.
Gary is a proud member of the Antiracist Task Force at the Center, devoting time to ensure that policies of inclusion and equal opportunity are implemented and carried out.
Gary started his own law practice in 1989, currently in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, where he comes to the aid of clients confronting mental health issues related to family law, guardianships and general litigation.
