Sales Tax
Massachusetts residents are required to pay a 6.25% sales tax of the purchase price.
If you are tax exempt, please include your tax-exempt number in the Comments section of your order.
International Orders
All International orders must be prepaid. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted.
Payment must be in U.S. funds by United States bank draft or international money order, made payable to Boston University, Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
