Who can help me figure out what I’m good at?
Vocational Rehabilitation, which can provide a vocational evaluation if you qualify for their services. A vocational evaluation may give you a sense of the kinds of tasks you are able to do easily, and which tasks you struggle with.
Peer Specialists can support you as you explore your strengths, whether by reviewing past experiences, or by trying out new ones. Peer support specialists are people who have experience with recovery from mental illnesses and/or addictions themselves, and who also have training in supporting people from a place of mutuality, respect, and shared experience in the service of recovery.
